Annual RAA Regional Safety Grants program open

The RAA Regional Safety Grants program is now open, offering up to $10,000 for community projects, programs or activities that target local safety and/or security issues.

Eligible to apply are regional groups including not-for-profit organisations, schools and community groups. 

Applications are open between 1-30 October 2025, with successful recipients notified in December.

Here are some examples of areas where safety projects would qualify for consideration:
• Road
• Fire
• Children
• Community
• School
• Water
• Personal
• Playground
