The $154.2 million Business Growth Fund (BGF) formerly the Economic Recovery Fund, aims to assist business and industry in key areas to grow secure, well paid jobs, improve productivity, deliver efficiencies, increase exports and support innovative, value adding technologies in South Australia.
There are several funding streams available, among them the soon to open "Powering Business Grants".
Currently closed streams are the Regional Tourism Infrastructure Development program, Manufacturing Innovation program, and the Small Business Energy Efficiency Grants.
Powering Business Grants
The Powering Business Grants support eligible South Australian small and medium businesses and not-for-profit organisations to invest in energy efficient equipment or improvements to reduce and manage energy use and costs.
Businesses can apply for a grant ranging from $2,500 to $75,000, subject to meeting eligibility requirements.
This round will be administered by the Office for Small and Family Business (external site)(external site).
