Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal

FRRR or Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal supports initiatives and projects across Australia. 

The Small Grants for Rural Communities program is the longest running and broadest program FRRR offers and is opened twice a year.

Round 34 has just closed, and applications are being assessed.

It is a great example of a collaborative program that is supported by various partners, and it has the flexibility to address issues that make a real difference to the sustainability of rural, regional and remote communities. 

Open to all not-for-profit, incorporated community organisations that have an ABN. Projects and activities should offer clear public benefit.

Communities with a population of 10,000 or less receive priority.
