The 2019/20 Multicultural Grants Programs opened today, 5 April 2019.
There are four streams of funding to support our multicultural communities.

Celebrate Together: Applications will close at 5pm, 17 May 2019.
Grants to assist multicultural organisations to host festivals and events to celebrate cultural diversity. Multicultural organisations can apply through two grant streams:
- Large Grants; capped at $30,000
- Small Grants; capped at $5,000
Celebrate Together is now open for any multicultural organisation who wish to host a festival or an event in 2019-20.
Expand Together: Applications will close at 5pm, 31 May 2019.
Grants to assist multicultural organisations to expand their capacity by upgrading community facilities or purchasing equipment to meet the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse communities. There are two funding streams available for Expand Together, which include:
- Infrastructure Grants; capped at $100,000
- Equipment Grants; capped at $20,000
The Office of Multicultural Affairs based in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet has introduced matched funding requirements for multicultural organisations requesting more than $10,000.
Stronger Together: Applications will close at 5pm, 31 May 2019.
Grants of up to $200,000 assist multicultural organisations to develop and deliver projects that strengthen families and communities and improve their access to better social and economic opportunities.
Stronger Together is now open for any multicultural organisation wanting to deliver a program that will benefit and advance their community.
Advance Together: to open May 2019
Grants to assist multicultural organisations to improve their governance and strengthen their capacity building skills.
This is a new program designed to meet the critical need to build the capacity of multicultural organisations.
