2022-23 Community Recreation and Sport Facilities Program opens

Eligible sporting clubs can now apply for funding through the Community Recreation and Sport Facilities Program, opened today by the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing. 

This funding assists sports clubs with such projects as upgrades clubrooms and changerooms and improvements to playing surfaces and facilities. 

To be eligible for this fund, organisations must be a non-profit sports club, a local council, a school council or board of management, and have been operating for 12 months or longer.

All applicants must contribute a minimum of 50% in funding towards the project, and the maximum amount available per project is $500,000. 

Applications close midday on Friday 9 December 2022.
