There are two important reviews underway that constituents are encouraged to participate in, and both close at 5 pm on Friday 19 May.

Inquiry into South Australian Housing Availability:

SA Parliament's Economic and Finance Committee has resolved to inquire into and report on the decreasing availability of affordable housing for both purchase and rental; the types of housing options required; necessary policy settings required; and innovations in housing that can lower costs and expediate new supply and delivery a greater diversity of housing options. Proposed Amendments to the Retirement Villages Act 2016: 

Community members are being asked to provide their view on proposed amendments to South Australia's Retirement Villages Act 2016.

An independent report made several recommendations that now require legislative change.

A draft Amendment Bill to implement the changes if available for consideration.
