Have your say on Snowtown health services

The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network has established a steering group to develop a new service plan for Snowtown Hospital, Burra Hospital and Riverton District Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.

As part of the planning process, community feedback is sought on local health service provision including via hospitals, Country Health Connect and mental health services.
