This new program offers Heritage Conservation Grants to owners of State heritage listed places.
Up to $20,000 is available across 3 categories, all provided on a dollar-for-dollar basis, and eligible to apply are private owners, companies, local councils and community groups who are owners of State Heritage Places, and owners or businesses within a State Heritage Area.
Projects may include documentation (architect fees, conservation management plans, development application drawings), facade or timber and salt damp treatment and repairs on residential properties, or more major projects for non-residential properties.
